Kelly Clarkson Covers Gwen Stefani’s ‘Misery’: Watch

Kelly Clarkson began Monday (Feb. 8) with a mighty cowl of “Distress” by her fellow The Voice coach Gwen Stefani.

“So put me outta my distress, oh/ Hurry up, come see me/ Put me outta my distress/ Hurry up, come see me/ Sufficient, sufficient of this struggling,” she sang within the refrain.

“Distress” was the third single from Stefani’s Billboard 200 No. 1 album This Is What the Reality Feels Like. Stefani took to Twitter to shout out Clarkson’s mind-blowing cowl of her tune. “okay @kellyclarkson my thoughts is blown – cannot consider u sang #distress in your present!! so stunning!1 thank u,” she wrote.
